Dr. Jody L. Dagan attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, first receiving her Bachelor of Science degree before pursuing her Doctor of Optometry at the same college. Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Dagan moved to Arizona in 2002. 

Dr. Dagan is a member of the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Josh S. Rajasansi completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, before receiving his Doctor of Optometry at Indiana University. Dr. Rajasansi was born in England, raised in Canada, and moved to Arizona in 2001. 

Dr. Rajasansi is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Dilpreet (Preeti) Rai completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary, earning a Bachelor of Biology degree in 2016. She then pursued her passion for optometry by attending the Pacific University College of Optometry, where she graduated in 2021 as a Doctor of Optometry.

Dr. Rai’s areas of specialization and keen interest lie in Myopia Management and Dry Eye Syndrome.

Dr. Daxa Lad received her Bachelor of Science Optometry degree from Aston University before pursuing her Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Lad was raised in England and practiced optometry there before moving to the United States in 2012. 

Dr. Lad moved to Arizona in 2018 and has worked across the Phoenix valley where she strives to help patients realize the benefits of proper eye care. Dr. Lad takes great pride in the trust her patients place in her. She’s excited about technological advances and recognizes people’s eyes are precious.

Dr. Lad is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association.

Dr. Ronica Sharma received her Bachelor of Science from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta before pursuing her Doctor of Optometry at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

Dr. Sharma enjoys cooking, watching Bravo TV, and spending time with her husband and dog. Dr. Sharma is excited to be practicing at Experts on Sight and works with specialty contact lenses, myopia control lenses, and ocular diseases.

Sally has spent 22 years in the eye care industry with the last 5 years being at Experts on Sight where she has been helping patients see the world clearly and look great doing it. Her favorite moment is seeing a patient’s eyes light up when they try on that perfect pair of frames.

Sally obtained her Dispensing Optician License in 2009 and her Manager Certificate from the University of Ohio in 2022. Sally’s outgoing, fun, and caring nature lets her get to know her patients and form strong bonds with them. 

When she isn’t helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s cooking, taking care of plants, or swimming. She loves to take the time to relax whether it’s taking trips up north or to the beach.

Damon has spent nearly 13 years in the eye care industry, the last 6 of which have been with Experts on Sight. As an optician, Damon takes the time to fulfill his patients’ eye care needs with precision and care.

For Damon, the most fulfilling part of being an optician at Experts for Sight is seeing the happiness he can bring patients when they find the perfect pair of glasses that look good and provide clear vision.

When he isn’t helping patients at work, Damon enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Jaime graduated from East Valley Medical College in 2019 focusing on phlebotomy. After spending 8 years in sunglass retail, he moved to optical to help people rediscover their sight. He loves seeing patients’ smiles when they find the perfect glasses.

Jaime loves spending time with his daughter. Outside work, you can catch Jaime playing guitar, gaming, exploring new restaurants, and reading.

Stefanie has spent 21 years in the eye care industry serving patients and their vision needs. She graduated from Chabot College in 1992 with an associate degree before heading to the Waterman Training Institute for her dispensing optician certification in 2001. 

Stefanie loves feeling as though she’s really helped someone when she helps them find their perfect pair of frames. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys live music and has a passion for nature photography. 

Trisha is one of the friendly faces you see at the front desk when you visit Experts on Sight. She completed her associate’s degree in Liberal Arts at Riverland Community College in 1996 and another associate’s degree at Western Dakota Tech in Medical Transcription in 2001. 

Trisha has been with Experts on Sight for almost 3 years and takes great pride in ensuring the front desk runs smoothly so patients have the most fulfilling experience possible. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and going on new adventures.

Raelin has been with Experts on Sight for under a year. She has received her associate degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College in 2020 and is currently working on getting her Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies.

Raelin loves directly impacting patients’ quality of life by helping them see clearly and loves being able to assist with taking care of patient’s eye health. Outside work, she enjoys movies, working out, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.

Will has spent a year so far in the eye care industry after graduating from the Universtiy of Wisconsin in 2021 which his bachelor of science degree in biology with high honors cum laude. Prior to that, he obtained his associates degree from Madison College in 2019.

Will is committed to helping patients feel satisfied and secure in their eye care. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys kayaking, hunting, and fishing.
